Slime will remain on cups and containers after being filled with water from this filter.
This is the second time I use this filter. I've never noticed this before, but with this filter, I definitely notice that when I empty a cup of water from this filter, it leaves a residue of mucus that I have to wipe off. It's invisible, but when I run my finger over the inside of a cup or container, it's actually very slimy. I have no idea why but I need answers. I can't remember if I had the same mucus when I first got one of these filters, but the thought that I'm consuming any type of bacteria bothers me. I don't really want but want bottled water for any water I cook or drink with. But it's bizarre.
