THREE FILTERS IN THREE MONTHS

This system looks fine once installed but after 6 weeks of use by one person the filter failed. After I notified the company, they sent me a free filter replacement and explained in their email that customer service is very important to them. I then replaced the broken filter with one I bought earlier and it never cleaned or produced good tasting water. I then replaced it with the second one from this purchase and it also failed and worked once before it stopped cleaning the water too. I am in…

Good filter for filtering and softening water

The water softener was under repair so we went a week without it in an area with almost 2ppm iron and water hardness 15, the filter caught all that and more . It was installed sometime in September and just replaced today. good system, very easy filter change. People who complain about TDS in the water don't understand what these filters are for. Slime will remain on cups and containers after being filled with water from this filter.

This is the second time I use this filter. I've never noticed this before, but with this filter, I definitely notice that when I empty a cup of water from this filter, it leaves a residue of mucus that I have to wipe off. It's invisible, but when I run my finger over the inside of a cup or container, it's actually very slimy. I have no idea why but I need answers. It only took 10 minutes to install. Filter installed as received. washed and washed cartridge, provided that it works for 10 days. The water is clear, but the smell and unpleasant taste remain the same. I will continue to use the kitchen and fridge filter for drinking until I decide to try a new filter cartridge and see if the smell and taste improve, then I will write a new review.
