Review on Koova by Roy Reeves

I was eager to test out Koova's products because I enjoy being outside and am constantly seeking out new experiences. But I was quite disappointed with their "lifestyle brand." First of all, considering the caliber of their equipment, their costs are outrageous and in no way justifiable. On the first night of my camping trip, the tent I bought from them leaked, leaving me and my stuff drenched. Not quite the adventure I had hoped for. Additionally, their customer service was at best subpar. When I contacted them about the defective tent, they took their time getting back to me and provided no remedies or apology for the trip I had to cancel. It was obvious that they cared more about making a quick buck than helping their customers with their outdoor activities. Overall, I would not suggest Koova as a source of sports and outdoor gear or a lifestyle brand. Save your money and put it toward a business that genuinely cares about the outdoor adventures of its clients.
