This device was a godsend. My home setup used my docked laptop as well as two large 22 inch monitors. Carrying two large monitors is very difficult when working remotely, so I bought this one as an alternative. Once set up it was a fantastic replacement for my home setup that allows me to have three screens. Hooking it up is a bit tricky and there are a few cables between the data and power ports, but once set up everything works without a hitch. I wish it was a little brighter and my laptop remembered this setting better so the screencast was much smoother when plugged back in.
