Stands By Their Product

These lights worked great for about 6 months. Then one of the pair; the light started to dim. I emailed the company and just asked if I could purchase just the light/solar panel portion of the light. Again, I offered to purchase it. After a couple of emails back and forth (very prompt response, within minutes) to verify my previous purchase and the style of lights I bought I was told they were sending me a new light. In fact they sent me a whole new pair and work great. There’s something to be said for a company with great customer service and that takes care of a problem promptly. Now if only my cable company was this good with their customers…
