This 19" monitor is ideal for the home office. The screen is matte, which reduces glare but reduces the brightness slightly compared to the latest widescreen LCD monitors, which do not have a matte finish. The monitor is bright enough , but not as bright as monitors without a matte finish. There are four USB ports, two on the bottom and two on the side. I find the two bottom inputs quite difficult to access. There are also two monitor inputs. The monitor can connect to two at the same time different computers. Pressing a button on the front panel allowed switching from one computer to another. I have 8 of them and none of them had dead pixels. A quick release plate is also included as standard. This allows you to switch the monitor from his Remove the stand and easily attach it to another stand, mount, wall mount, or standalone multi-monitor array in. This is a feature I've used and I find it quite handy. The bezel at the edge of the monitor is 1/4 inch wide if you are considering a multi-monitor setup. A USB upstream cable is included to connect the monitor's USB ports to the computer. By using this cable, you replace one USB port on the computer with four ports on the monitor. Overall, I'm very happy with my Purchase.
