Review on VAIL-ORP by Ron Coleman

I like how easy it was for me as an inspector, or anyone who wants access in general,to get into this system without any training needed at all! It's very user friendly with many features you can use right away when logging onto your account. There are not too much things i dislike about Vail Online reporting portal but there could be more options available so we don't have to go through multiple steps just because they haven't thought enough ahead before creating their product. The customer service has been great from day one. They really want what’s best for us inspectors out here working hard everyday making sure everyone gets served properly while also keeping everything up to date online.
