This is a good hot-swappable keyboard that allows you to swap switches, so great for mid-level enthusiasts. The included software contains bugs and is NOT compatible with open source VIA or QMK tools. I was impressed that it comes with Kailh speed switches. They even provide some replacement switches if you want to experiment with different types. It was nice to be able to try a full keyboard with these switches, but I returned this keyboard. You might not care why I'm not happy with her. My use case is simple, I have a KMV that switches between computers with different operating systems, so I need a lighting scheme and key mapping to switch between computers. Even though it has 9 profiles, I'm limited in terms of which buttons I can remap, and the lighting doesn't always change with the profile. The keycaps are smooth hard plastic and have a nice feel, but I prefer PBK keycaps, which are easy to replace (so it's not a big deal).
