A great item that can be easily cut with a laser or by hand

Cutting by hand is exhausting. Saber/Jigsaw/Circular/Spiral Saw Lightweight. However, the laser is easy/simple and by far the best way to cut. I use a 40W CO2 laser. I simply cut out 1 x 1 mm pieces. These are usually small details but some of the lighting engraving illustrations get great results with this product. It smells when cutting/engraving at high power - you would have to cut very slowly and at very high power to get the flame. I don't know why I should use this kind of setting but. Apparently air support (for me) solves this problem. Acrylic also bends flames etc at high temperatures. I did not experience any buckling or flare-ups while using the product. When I want to bend I use a flashlight and then sometimes I get a flame. I always have this product on hand from this seller. No communication with the seller.

Pros
  • βœ… PROFESSIONAL QUALITY. 1/8 thick acrylic is the best choice if safety and ease of use are important to you. It is stronger and stiffer than glass, lightweight and easy to shape or fabricate. Acrylic has a higher impact resistance than glass, but still has similar toughness. The light weight of acrylic is another great advantage. You can use an acrylic sheet that is twice as thick but weighs about half the weight of a regular glass sheet.
