Reliable and Versatile Plastic Source

A great item that can be easily cut with a laser or by hand

Cutting by hand is exhausting. Saber/Jigsaw/Circular/Spiral Saw Lightweight. However, the laser is easy/simple and by far the best way to cut. I use a 40W CO2 laser. I simply cut out 1 x 1 mm pieces. These are usually small details but some of the lighting engraving illustrations get great results with this product. It smells when cutting/engraving at high power - you would have to cut very slowly and at very high power to get the flame. I don't know why I should use this kind of setting but…

Very soft, low melting acrylic

I have done a lot of CNC engraving on acrylic sheets. I had to do a test run on inexpensive plates before engraving the image on 1/4" acrylic plates that I bought from another company and used with great results. The test run was at 15 ipm and 30,000 rpm, which I did always do when I engrave acrylic. I found this sheet at Revain and then saw the Revain banner I bought in 2017 (thanks Revain!) so I looked through my stack of sheets and found it! Unfortunately it melted on one Test run on each…
