Review on Optimal Portzon Resistance Loop Exercise Bands for Effective Arm ๐Ÿ’ช and Leg Stretching, Strength Training, Muscle Recovery, Deep Squats, and Pilates by Jasin Gilstrap

Solid set of bands: though medium and heavy bands feel about the same

I picked up this band set to give a little more variety to the workouts I've been doing at home.In the box you get 5 bands, ranging from x-light to x-heavy, a holding bag, and a card with a few exercises you can do with them (basic exercises, best to go online to get a more comprehensive list). I went to Orange Theory Fitness, and the x-heavy bands you get in this set I would say are comparable to the heavy bands there. The material seems like they'll hold up for a long time given the price point. The x-light seem really light and that would be the one I would be worried about but feels like a given since it's supposed to have the lightest resistance. If you don't go crazy with it should last. This set could have been four bands though: to me, the heavy and medium bands feel too close together resistance-wise and I couldn't tell the difference. Still, a good range of resistance for a variety of band exercises or to add to other movements to increase the difficulty.
