Fun and interesting device app

Over the years I've heard from people like jiu-jitsu experts or other top athletes that breathing is the foundation of everything you do. It regulates your heart rate, your movements, your anxiety, etc. I've made it a point to do breathing exercises twice a day. I make one in the morning after my morning coffee and then another during lunch. I personally wish there were more trends or analysis of your growth over time. I find the app doesn't provide good feedback other than just tracking your previous status on each iteration. I would like a heatmap or chart showing my growth over time, changes in lung capacity, etc. I'd also like to see more info on suggestions or clarification on what needs improvement so I have a 'plan'. ' Consequences.
