Does nothing

Not sure if that's a thing. does anything My neighbors have two dogs that I know aren't deaf but definitely bark at all hours of the day and this thing doesn't affect the barking in any way. I changed the batteries several times thinking it was the noise level and nothing! It was a waste of money

Pros

So rotate the knob to test different frequency ranges to get the best results.
