So I bought it for $500 from Bestbuy.com, not Amazon. I've never bought an expensive gaming monitor, so it was a steep price for me to pay for my first monitor. BUT, this is by far one of the nicest screens I've had and I really like the menu settings. Being able to customize the crosshair, having different shapes, settings, colors and combinations is just awesome. It's also helped me aim better in FPS games, and GSYNC is an absolute blessing. This, combined with a good GPU and internet connection, will definitely give you a slight edge over those not using a similar setup. The color rendering is amazing. I also do a lot of 3D design on my PC and the color scheme gives me a lot more creative freedom than before. If I had one claim it would be the price. I'm not familiar with their prices but they seem high. If I could, I'd get the same 120Hz monitor and pay $300-$400 for it. This monitor also made me realize that native 4K isn't needed for most games. I've been playing on a 50" 4K TV and when switching from 4K to 2560 x 1440 (the maximum resolution for this screen) there is little noticeable difference when I switch to a 27" monitor. It's just a more enjoyable gaming experience, which I thought wouldn't be due to the move to a smaller screen size. It also shows the available resolution of 3620 x 2036 for Windows and most games, which I don't use because it's actually a bit blurry. Photos/videos are included to show the menu settings in detail.
