Review on Refreshing 1.7oz Blue Green Foam Soap for Invigorating Cleansing by Lisa Fernandez

This bottle arrived sealed but with a ton of liquid in the cap. It was definitely under 1.7 ounces and I rinsed it off 3 times before it was completely gone. I cleaned my tattoo very carefully/thoroughly and even after three washes I couldn't get all of the petroleum jelly off of it (and it wasn't a ton of it). Hibiclens (which I bought in desperation because it almost ran out on my second wash) took it off in one use. Bought a refill bottle because I figured I'd still be using it at work due to the handy size. , and found that it also arrived damaged. It seems that ordering this brand online is not worth it. I don't even know if this product is legit or not but if it is then it is an absolutely horrible product. I don't bleed or release a lot of plasma from my tattoos, but with the low foaming and poor petroleum jelly removal, I shudder to think what my scab would look like if I totally relied on the process. . I'm currently looking for something better.
