This is the one to get for rubber band use on door frames.

Its got all the necessary things packaged in its design -- ready to do the job for you. Sturdy (very strong cord.) and attached carabiners finally let you use rubber bands (like the chin up assist type - NOT the Theraband type units.). Good price and handles are just the right size (diameter / length) - not too small . You can get the grip you need to pull a fairly large size band - probably max at some where between 50-75 lbs. If they are deployed correctly (safely.) its almost like having a cross over cable machine in your bedroom. Make sure door closes to you not away from pull direction. Use large type door fasteners to give a solid match for width of bands you use. Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed. Fast delivery too. i.e. two (2) bands (one for each handle at 50lbs each) means you will be pressing 100lbs. Not too bad for a bedroom warm-up.
