Wrong connection: headset plugged into microphone port, microphone is not supported at all
What I received was not made correctly. I was only able to get sound by plugging the TRS headphone plug into the microphone port. But it wasn't just back. No matter whether I inserted the TRS microphone plug into the microphone or headphone jack, no sound came out (could not use the microphone). Maybe it only accepts TS plugs and not TRS? I didn't see anything that indicated this in the description. It could also just be a bad device but I didn't want to risk it so I just sent it back and ordered another model for a few extra dollars with better reviews.
