I'm a minimalist. I like to use a knife and cutting board because they clean up quickly. However, when our family decided to eat more vegetables, I looked for a food processor with a large capacity and multiple ways to process food. Still skeptical, I grated potatoes and onions for pancakes in 30 seconds! Cleaning was easy! I chose this processor for the 16 cup base and for the dice. I don't like yellow squash, but figured if I dice it I can hide it in other foods and eat it. Dyser is amazing! The little perfect cubes made the squash look like corn and my family ate it. lol. I usually blend tomatoes for my sauces, but this processor actually speeded up the process! I filmed a video of tomato smashing a bit clumsily, but I think you get how easy it is! Highly recommended. He came earlier than expected. I am very happy.
