Great Customer Service and Implementation Team
The most helpful thing about samsolutions is their customer service team which really helped me with my questions regarding our project implementation as well other queries they solved them very quickly without any hassle at all! Nothing to dislike here but if you are looking out there maybe look into some of those cheap alternatives from India or even better hire someone local who knows your business needs so that it will be more cost effective solution too!! I am solving many problems related to data entry automation using SPSS Modeler tool developed by us while implementing an ERP system like SAP HANA etc.,.
Pros
- Very good support in terms for resolving issues/queries
- Fast response time when needed
- Always available during weekends through email, chat & phone calls (even we could call anytime)
Cons
- Some times not much knowledgeable employees.
- Not always able get quick resolution
