Let me start by saying there is nothing wrong with the QUALITY of this case.I should also state that I don't know if some pro controllers run a little bigger/smaller than others; I have the witcher 3 pro controller and it was slightly too big for the case. It does wedge in there and the case zips shut, but the sticks are pressed down and the triggers are both pushed in, which causes the controller to constantly search for the switch. It's annoying, but not a bad product.
