I had to take the seat apart, loosen the nuts, and turn them till they lined up with the openings in the armrests. Producers! Get somebody who can see to work here, or at least show them how to read a ruler! The chair's price keeps going up without any corresponding improvement in quality. Comfortable enough, that's a plus. Nearly transverse to the waist, a roller. The height of the headrest (173cm) is below the user's head. Weak wheels. Con: The threads on opposite sides of the seat and armrests don't match up, so the holes don't line up. The nuts must be free of any traces of cloth or cellophane.
