Review on SONGMICS Heavy-Duty Bike Workstation, Black USBR07B - Sturdy Bike Repair Stand by Darryl Jennings

UPDATE: Something is wrong with this stand.

I have since updated this review as the customer service has been very responsive and I have correctly disassembled and reassembled the product as it was not properly assembled at the factory. I've used the stand a few times and I'm very satisfied. It is durable and folds compactly when not in use. All in all it's a good price and I assume my initial problem was an odd occurrence as I haven't seen any other similar complaints. First Review I assembled my stand and it leans heavily to one side when the two legs are properly extended. Upon inspection, the strut on the main tube was pushed back as the stabilizing straps were fully extended but creating severe tilt. Also, they turned out to be incorrectly attached to the mount as they passed the stops and gouged them out. I removed and rotated the brace as shown in all the pictures, but the V angle of the brace straps to the legs isn't an inch. In order to attach them I would have to bend them, which doesn't look like it was intended. The only explanation I can offer is that someone new and inexperienced assembled the stand incorrectly and used the wrong support bracket as this stand cannot be designed that way.
