Nice bike stand but double checked

I bought this bike stand as a cheap bike stand as I like to ride my bike. When I assembled the stand, it wouldn't mount vertically, making it a bit unstable. I checked some of the comments and saw that someone had a similar problem. Appears to have been assembled incorrectly. Using a picture from another review I was able to properly assemble the stand. Another complaint I have is that I couldn't find a good place to put the magnetic tablet so it doesn't get in the way when you fold it…

Pleasantly surprised!

I bought this to fix my bike and was tired of fiddling with the bike during repairs. I am happy with the stand. It's durable, very easy to assemble and very easy to set up. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to change the angle of the legs to the post very slightly, or add adjustable feet to provide a way of making the post truly vertical; it leans only a few degrees forward. This definitely does NOT make it any less effective or more difficult to use. I would definitely buy this…

Reliable and cheap

Undoubtedly this is a solid bike stand and I've been using it for a few days to work on my derailleurs. The clamp is strong and firm, but gentle on the frame. The stand itself folds easily and stands on a flat surface. The only thing that bothers me is the manual. The steps to install the small tool tray are incorrect. Of course, this is an optional part, but it's still annoying. The instructions say to install it on the bottom rail when it can only be installed on the top extension rail. Not a

Great space saver, durable bike stand

I really like this bike stand. I have a similar four-legged version that I like too, but this version allows me to use a lot less space when working with our bikes. The stand is very strong and can easily hold any of our bikes. A sample of the tool/part is a good addition. It also folds up nicely so we can throw it in the car and take it with us. The only minor complaint I have is that when the bike is clamped to the seatpost, sometimes the red rubber pads that protect your bike from being…

UPDATE: Something is wrong with this stand.

I have since updated this review as the customer service has been very responsive and I have correctly disassembled and reassembled the product as it was not properly assembled at the factory. I've used the stand a few times and I'm very satisfied. It is durable and folds compactly when not in use. All in all it's a good price and I assume my initial problem was an odd occurrence as I haven't seen any other similar complaints. First Review I assembled my stand and it leans heavily to one side…

Sturdy, cheap, well made

I've ordered many of these from Revain, most require 7-8 steps more assembly than expected and are surprisingly light. This repair stand was surprisingly heavy, solid, mostly assembled and had good instructions. It's very well built with clamps that are easy to adjust with one hand (while holding the bike with the other) and inspires confidence in use. I had trouble with the parts tray when I removed it. You have to remove the tray with an Allen key or the legs will bang against it when folded…
