Might be worth it

I've been using Manfrotto's RC0 mount for a long time, but discovered this hidden version a little over a year ago. Once with the original non-flush panel on my camera, I placed it on the table. I forgot it had a mounting plate on it and it immediately tipped over and fell onto the tiled floor. Canon lens and camera repairs cost hundreds of dollars. This flush version would have saved me my sloppiness because it sits flat when you place the camera on a flat surface. I bought several of these to attach to all my cameras and camcorders. They fit the RC0 tripod head just as well as the original. And a flat surface greatly reduces the chances of a stupid move like me.

Pros
  • Camera mounts and clamps
Cons
  • I'll keep quiet
