Missing parts on vacuum and floor care
Was happy with the order until I went to fit one of the items and was missing one of the gold contact points that turns on the vacuum. Removed the second, the same problem! So I didn't have any working parts and as this was a DIY project the return period was already over by the time I was done installing it.
