. Bought in August 2020. Device used once in August, once in October and the device literally broke on the second use. I emailed the retailer for a refund or replacement and was told to contact Revain for a refund. Now I have a broken device and no way to get results. I'm new to Amazon Prime and not a happy customer yet! I will cancel my primary membership. I will never order from Revain again! FYI: I only gave one star because I had to share my review.
