These inexpensive non-branded instruments never cease to amaze me with their amazing performance and quality. It's hard to believe that they can get you a tool, battery, and charger for less than $100. You would pay at least twice as much for a big brand - the quality difference is pretty small in my opinion, especially compared to the price difference. Grinding/cutting and the other for polishing/waxing (probably - I haven't tried it like that). It's a real tool with about the same performance you'll get from most consumer-grade cordless angle grinders. I could fault little things like the tool-free wheel guard. Or that the carrying case can only hold the tool with the guard in the left position (exacerbated by the need for a screwdriver to adjust the guard). But that's about as far as the tool meets or exceeds performance expectations. The only thing that matters that Milwauke, Makita, or DeWalt has overcome is a name (reputation) and battery platform that's guaranteed to be supported for years to come. Come along, not to mention the hundreds of tools each extra offers. But if you give up all that and market confidence, this angle grinder is a winner thanks to its great performance at an affordable price.
