I would like to start this review by saying that I have 8 years experience in FDM printing and 1 year in resin printing. I have 5 printers (4 Elegoo and 1 Creality). This Phrozen printer is very well designed and built but has layer line issues due to mechanical issues (possibly caused by packaging or assembly). I spent 2 days fixing the first mini 4k printer I received. I even spoke to tech support and printed out all the files with the suggested settings. In the end, after tons of research and reading forums, nothing could fix the layer lines I was getting. So I asked for a replacement. When replacing, there were similar problems, but not as pronounced. With that, I spent another 2 days fixing and printing out all the suggested files, using the settings the Phrozen tech asked me before. The problem persisted, and after speaking to dozens of people on forums and printer groups, I concluded that the problem was most likely with the lead screw or guide. At the moment my patience is at the end. I don't think it's wise to move on or try to fix this, I'm packing to return AGAIN. I'm hoping to buy another one in a few months when this issue is resolved or I have more time to troubleshoot. Or. Maybe I just have 2 bad printers in a row. I'm not sure but wasted a lot of time and tar trying to get this printer to work.
