A truly awful product, avoid

You buy something like this hoping to do the right thing: of course they're wrapped in plastic and come in a big box, but that's just the beginning. I've used recycled paper towels in the past and expect them to be a little less effective. That is not the problem. These seventh generation paper towels are at the same time very thin and surprisingly absorbent. Even water on the kitchen table they seem to move, but actually soak it up: it takes a second wipe with another towel to remove the water that was nearby. So you end up using a lot more of these than you would otherwise, making it completely pointless to buy them. You will regret buying them, so don't.
