Works well for its purpose
I bought this for my outside faucet to keep the water from splashing when filling my watering can. Pros: 1. It worked and does not leak when tightened. Looks rust resistant 3. Haven't noticed any change in consumption. Cons: 1. No instructions, it leaked at first then I realized the ring needs to be hand tightened to stop the leak. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase, it does what it's supposed to do and helps me save water.
