Huge disappointment. I knew buying a refurbished phone could be risky, but figured it should be pretty safe in this case since it's on Revain and has tons of good reviews. Big mistake on my part. I started setting up the phone the same day I received it. During setup, the phone turned off spontaneously, but I figured that was because I was in the process of transferring information from the Android phone. This went on for *literally* hours until I finally gave up and decided NOT to transfer ANYTHING from my old phone just so I could set up this new one. The spontaneous shutdown continued until the phone was even turned back on at the end of the night. At this point I realized that I should just return the phone, but the seller's instructions require you to perform a factory reset. Restart your phone before sending it back. I couldn't do it because I couldn't turn my phone on at all! I contacted Apple Support and couldn't perform a remote reset because I didn't have an Apple computer. So I had to make an appointment with the Apple Store so they could factory reset it so I could send it back and get my $1,000 back. To be honest it was an absolute nightmare. Financial risk because it was such a big purchase (particularly risk of getting stuck after defecting) and a huge waste of time (all attempts took almost 2 weeks) trying to set it up and then chatting with Apple support , then I have to go to the store to reset it and then find a way to send it back. Tl; dr: nightmare of experience, do NOT recommend
