Ease of use - we were able to set up our system very quickly with little training or assistance from Support staff! The support team are amazing- always there if you need any help, even for simple things such as importing large amounts of data into an Excel table. Some features don't work well together so it's not possible to have them both enabled at once but this isn't something I've found too annoying because they do say what each does rather than just saying 'this works' which would be more confusing. We're solving the problem of getting all stakeholders involved in working documents easily by providing access via mobile devices and web browsers/email clients.
