Review on πŸ‘“ GUNNAR Gaming and Computer Eyewear with Sheadog, Amber Tint - Cutting-Edge Lens Technology to Minimize Digital Eye Strain, Shielding 65% of Harmful Blue Light by Alif Eagle

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Lenses were good but not big enough, construction was poor, waste of money

They are great in concept but this particular model from Gunnar Optiks is very poorly finished. The hands come off very easily. Lenses make a difference to my eyes, but it would be better if the lenses actually kept my face in a decent frame. Also, the actual lens size was smaller than I thought I would have preferred a higher lens height for a full view. The arms come off so easily and are quite difficult to put back on. +++++ I'll come back to add to my original review. I am sooooo disappointed in these glasses. I even tried the old rubber band trick around the hinge. I absolutely LOVE the lenses, but after one more attempt at putting one of my hands back on, I'm seriously considering grabbing some tape and making sure the damn things stay intact. Of course I can't fold them up to put them away. And I'm sure it will give me weird looks, but at least the lenses will protect my eyes from harmful blue light so I can SEE weird looks! Gunnar lenses are great, they are REALLY excellent. Work. But these STAFF are not worth the disappointment. I'd seriously like to lower my score by removing each hand from this star rating to illustrate my point on broken hands, but even if it were possible I think it would be childish and possibly passive-aggressive, spiteful. Seriously, if you are considering Gunnar glasses, avoid this particular model and hope others are better made.
