We bought this scale on 03/26/2021, used 2-4 times a week on average. It stopped working about a week ago - in particular the values quoted were far from accurate (e.g. 161g for something that actually equals 20g - if you've seen the video don't worry we've tared both before we beat on record) . They offer a 'lifetime guarantee' which you can theoretically take advantage of by emailing them to an Outlook.com email address (remember this should be a business). In fact, you are in a long argument with someone in China who is doing everything they can to piss you off and end the conversation. You begin by asking a series of questions to determine if you have lowered the scales into a bucket of water etc. Then they ask you to watch a video to show the problem. Most email providers allow a maximum attachment size of 25MB (not enough for videos everywhere). I sent you a link to the video on Google Drive; They claimed they couldn't open the link (which is funny, I checked with several colleagues). They then asked me to edit the video and send it to them in multiple segments. We're looking at a $30 scale right now and I'm not in the mood to edit videos for these guys. So here we are. Do not buy this scale.
