Although I returned the product because it could not connect to the internet, it is well made and would buy again. I concluded that the wires were too short to connect to the coax ends of the modem and adapter from the wall, even when screwed all the way in. easy fix fix. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and gently pull the wire and it will lengthen. Don't pull too hard or you'll break it from the inside. just one piece at a time and watch it. try at your own risk.
