I saw that my brother had this unit and used it for several years. I decided to get my own. Well when I got it the hose broke when I took it out of the box. I hardly touched it! I told the company I needed a new hose. They told me the only way to do this was to send a WHOLE SECTION. I had to take the hose out of the box and send the device back. I found it incredibly uncomfortable, but I did it. The hose in the second block was also scrap. He fell out of the box. If you have the extra money to spend on a hose and want to take the time to find a hose that is compatible with this device, then this is for you. Others are wise to find something else. Oh, you gotta drain the damn thing too. I got this block because he said you don't have to drain it.
