Excellent tripod; non-working camera shutter remote control.

Love the flexibility and versatility of this tripod. However, I'm a bit disappointed that the Bluetooth remote shutter doesn't seem to work with my iPhone as advertised. The bluetooth connects as shown in the instructions, but when I turn on the camera and press the shutter button on the remote iPhone, it doesn't cause my iPhone to take a picture. If I hold the button down long enough, it tries to turn off my phone. Very strange behavior. It's not easy to find a website where I could get technical support.
