I like that you can share files in different ways, which is very handy when collaborating internally or externally (no need for emailing). The interface could use some improvement - it feels dated compared to other software out there now-a days! Also not being able to save documents directly from word/powerpoint would be nice if this was possible somehow at least as an option? Make sure yo uncheck "only show shared document libraries" under settings /advanced options otherwise all user's folders are displayed by default without allowing them only access their specific folder contents.- It helps me keep track of my team mates work flow better than emails so we don't end up duplicating tasks again just because one person didn´t send something immediately after another did-.
