Review on Caliart 81 Colors Alcohol Based Dual Tip Permanent Artist Art Markers For Adult Kid Coloring Book Illustration Painting Card Making With Bonus Colorless Blender Marker by Jennifer Davis

Very nice alcohol markers for everyday use. Just what I was looking for to use with coloring books and casual projects, so I can now reserve my Copics for more 'important' use. Overall these work fine - not as easy to blend as Copics, even using the enclosed Blender pen, but for what I use them for, and at this price, it's not a dealbreaker. I also like the storage bag they come in - although as other reviewers have noted, it does tend to fall over as you take pens out (I haven't tried the suggested cardboard support trick yet, but will if it becomes too annoying.) The main reason for my 4 stars instead of 5 is there are many more dark shades in the set (I got the 81 color pack) vs. medium or light tones and the markers are much darker than the color indicated on the pen - again, not a dealbreaker - you just have to get used to them and I guess creating a swatch sheet to reference will help with that. Overall I am happy with the value and quality of this purchase. Hope this helps others who are on the fence. Happy coloring! :)
