This toothbrush worked great for the first few months but now it's practically non-functional. I've only had it for 6 months and it's crazy to think the pen will last that long. I have used the manual and online support to troubleshoot the stylus which is now vibrating heavily like a pressure sensor is being triggered but to no avail. I used a pressure sensor reset method that didn't work and the online guide says the grip needs to be replaced. I'll try to send this back under warranty and hope it's a better replacement.
