I switched from an Oral B electric toothbrush. Versatility, don't "yell" at me. This is definitely the best toothbrush I've ever had.

It stopped vibrating randomly, I thought it was because my head was broken, so I bought a new one. Then I realize that the brush itself broke. It amazes me that this product, even more expensive than my Oral-B product, can break so quickly! I bought my Oral-B about 3 years ago and it still works very well apart from the non-ultrasonic shaking noise. Goodbye Phillips!

This toothbrush worked great for the first few months but now it's almost not working. I've only had it for 6 months and it's crazy to think the pen will last that long. I have used the manual and online support to troubleshoot the stylus which is now vibrating heavily like a pressure sensor is being triggered but to no avail. I used a pressure sensor reset method that didn't work and the online guide says the grip needs to be replaced. I'll try to send this back under warranty and hope it's a…

I bought two of these expired toothbrushes and they both broke the same way. I bought the first one and it lasted less than a year. I thought it was an accident or maybe they only lasted a year. That would be ridiculous considering the price, but because I love the toothbrush so much I bought a new one in September 2018. It does the same and is useless. When switched on, it does not vibrate at all. What gives? I think I deserve a refund for this and will contact Revain to resolve the issue.

I have used Philips Sonicare electric toothbrushes for many years, including the Elite, Flexcare Platinum and Diamond Clean models. All are good for brushing your teeth. I've been using the Flexcare Platinum for years and I'm very happy with it. The model I used has UV sanitizer built into the large charging base, but I needed a brush that I could easily take with me on trips without unnecessary extras.
