There is a problem here
I bought two of these expired toothbrushes and they both broke the same way. I bought the first one and it lasted less than a year. I thought it was an accident or maybe they only lasted a year. That would be ridiculous considering the price, but because I love the toothbrush so much I bought a new one in September 2018. It does the same and is useless. When switched on, it does not vibrate at all. What gives? I think I deserve a refund for this and will contact Revain to resolve the issue.
