How to install! fits exercise bike

read this for instructions-1) Before doing anything else, put the screw out of the inside of the wheel. It fits snugly in the center hole with the round part almost becoming part of the wheel. 2) Now add the white triangles with the studs facing out. 3) Attach to the cage with the washer next to the wheel. , cage and washer outside with the wing outside 4) Tighten properly This should take about 5 minutes, it took me 30 without instructions. 😎
