Review on 🔌 B&K Precision 1671A: Triple Output Digital Display DC Power Supply - 30V, 5A by Chris Goldsby

I got my B&K Precision 1671A 30V 5Amp for fun voltage and current unfortunately the power supply has none accurate voltage or current regulation. The best control I could get was around 0.3V, where a large number of low-level power supplies can perform better. Also note that only one of the triplet outputs is adjustable while the other 2 outputs are fixed; 5V at 0.5A and 12V at 0.5A. From a $218 device I expected a well made device, it's frustrating to see that the current limit LED wasn't properly fitted, it wasn't in the Housing, I could only see half of the LED! the LCDs, the room must have good light; The blue frame on the front adds a shadow that makes viewing the readings on the LCD even more awkward. Conclusion: The price for this power supply is too high; In my opinion, this device shouldn't cost more than $150.
