Must be re-rolled before use

I bought this product for trauma dressings and splints. The product is turned inside out so if you want to complete the first aid with velcro to secure the wrap you will need to roll it up by hand. This is tiring and requires handling of the dressing. The best guess is that it was primed for use in the field. Reroll instructions are included in Ass/3m.
