Structureless, lumpy and useless
Very disappointing. Although pillows are said to puff up once opened, this is actually not the case. Pillows have very little filling, leaving them flexible and unstructured when you try to tuck them into a pillowcase. Also, the filling is so sparse that it can move around too much so it just sticks together. The result is a flat, flexible, lumpy pillow. It's best to just buy a bag of cotton wool.
