This is a very good silicone breast form. The feel is close to natural (maybe on the firm side) and there's a nice bounce when walking. They feel believable under my bra and clothing. At first when I put them on they felt cold against the skin, but after 15 to 20 minutes they warm to body temperature and I didn't really notice them against my skin. They're large enough to blend in to the body nicely, a bra with a large cup is needed to fully cover them. The color and wrinkle (see image) on the outer skin does not look natural, so you need to have these fully covered by your bra or top. They appear to be very good quality. Review and go by the chart in the Best Buy ad to determine your size. The "cup size" is mis-leading, someone looking of a B-cup for a 32 band size will need an entirely different form than someone looking for a B-cup for a 40 band. Go by what the chart recommends based on your band size and you should be fine. I like these and they have my recommendation.
