Review on Creative Transformable Eco Friendly Foldable Resistant by Amy Moore

Bought this for my new kitten. I bought it to give her a soft, warm, safe place to sleep. I was looking forward to the pink mat that was supposed to come with the product to warm up on keto, but it wasn't in my package. The kitty loves the space but moves around a lot because I don't find it that comfortable due to the lack of a mat. I want it replaced but the only option is to return the entire item and I don't want her to not have a place to feel safe. That's why I only gave 2 stars.
