UPDATE 15.07. The seller contacted me directly and offered to send a replacement. I was impressed because the replacement arrived within two days! The remote works great now and the box is a great addition to our home. The seller is honest, sweet and friendly. I would definitely recommend buying from them for their excellent customer service! The included box and keyboard were good. The Android software was intuitive and easy to understand. However, the remote control didn't work 50% of the time, so I had to return the entire package. It was very frustrating because I spent $50 on this box only to find out it was defective. I can't use a TV box with a remote control that didn't work half the time!
