The remote control didn't work half the time

UPDATE 15.07. The seller contacted me directly and offered to send a replacement. I was impressed because the replacement arrived within two days! The remote works great now and the box is a great addition to our home. The seller is honest, sweet and friendly. I would definitely recommend buying from them for their excellent customer service! Great purchase in every way

Great product, great price, great customer service. I had some trouble getting the screen to fit my TV properly (2005 Mitsubishi DLP, the display was stretched and couldn't be reconfigured on the TV itself) and struggled to find the aspect ratio settings on the box. Emailed the manufacturer (Lily - thanks again) and everything was explained in detail (FYI, it's in Applications -> Droid Settings). the keyboard does not work. The 2nd keyboard also died on another block.

At first I was satisfied with the product. I LOVE having a keyboard as it would be much easier to use and much faster to type. BUT, the keyboard doesn't sync or something. I put new batteries in, plugged it in, unplugged it and restarted the USB receiver and it still doesn't work. It's so frustrating. Great machine, but not perfect. Average at best

TV box is great. My favorite feature is that the time is displayed on the front of the device, which is a plus. The optional keyboard remote control stopped working after about 1 month. The device is still working perfectly and reliably after 8 months, with a few failures here and there. The annoying problem I keep encountering is that sometimes even when connected to Wi-Fi, the box does not work in terms of connectivity, making you forget about the network and have to reconnect it.
